La Cascada Casa Patagonica By Don, San Carlos de Bariloche

I stayed at this hotel in Bariloche and had a mixed experience. The room was exactly as expected from the booking but needed a renovation, with outdated furniture and a stained floor mat. However, the staff provided exceptional service, fluent in English, and always willing to assist. The location was beautiful, right by the lake, but not ideal for skiing due to the need for daily taxi rides. The dining was average, struggling to keep up with supplies. Overall, it was a decent stay with some drawbacks.
